  • What kinds of appliances do you repair?

    We repair most major brand washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, gas, and electric stoves, and microwaves

  • Is my appliance worth repairing?

    In general, it’s far more economical and eco-friendly to repair an appliance than to replace it. Not only, throwing away an appliance creates waste, but some of the materials in these appliances can be harmful to the environment. Furthermore, it incurs additional costs of delivery and installation. If the appliance is close to the finish of its lifetime then we suggest to replace it with newer model.

  • What if your company does not have the parts to repair my appliance?

    During the initial phone contact, we gather all the information in order to obtain the parts necessary for the repairs. If there is a need to order a part, we will schedule a second visit with you.

  • If you do have to order a part, how long will it take?

    In most cases, it takes just a few days for the part to arrive once ordered.

  • How long does the average repair take?

    Most repairs are completed within 30-90 minutes, however, certain repairs may take up to 5 hours.

  • Can your service technician call me before coming out?

    Yes, we can call you or text you 30 minutes before coming to your home so you're not stuck waiting for us.

  • What are your Appliance Repair Service hours of operation?

    Our Appliance Repair Service is open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM every day. We often are in the office late and will pick up the phone if you call. Feel free to leave us a voicemail. We’ll get back to you a soon as possible.

  • Why is there a 4 Hour Window? Can’t you be here at __ ?

    We must give you a “window” because we don’t know how long the appointment before yours will take. We also can’t control the traffic, weather, accidents, etc.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    Call us 4 hours prior to the appointment and we will cancel it.


PAYMENT


  • How does your no service fee with repair policy work?

    When you set up an appointment with us, there is initially a service fee. A tech visits, diagnoses the problem, and offers you an exact quote for parts and repair cost. If at that point you decide to have the appliance repaired, the service fee is waived and all that is owed is the quoted price for the repair.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express
